1. Fluency in language and grammar
2. 2-3 years of dedicated SEO experience, travel industry preferred
3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills
4. Detailed, proven understanding of SEO strategies and best practices
5. Comprehensive knowledge of SE ranking algorithms
6. Content development
7. Keyword research
8. Site architecture
9. Understanding of social media and community websites
10. Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript, CSS
11. Sound understanding of user experience on the web
12. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
13. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in order to effectively communicate projects and to work with cross functional staffs.
14. Must be able to work in both a team environment and individually when necessary
15. Self-motivated, must be able to seek out new projects and tasks, desire to meet and exceed objectives.
16. Detail oriented, ability to meet deadlines, adaptable to a rapidly changing environment
